The Santa Clara River Valley (aka Heritage Valley) is a valley that runs from east to west through Ventura County and northwest Los Angeles County, California. It is named for the Santa Clara River, which winds through the valley before emptying into the Pacific Ocean between the cities of Ventura and Oxnard.

The valley is primarily a rural, agricultural region, but is also home to a collection of small towns, including Fillmore and Santa Paula.

The Santa Clara River Valley is bordered by Los Padres National Forest and the Sespe Condor Sanctuary to the north and the Santa Susana Mountains to the south. The valley stretches from Los Angeles County to the east, bordering with northern Santa Clarita Valley at the junction of Interstate 5 and State Route 126.

The Santa Clara River begins above the Santa Clarita Valley, runs through the Santa Clara River Valley and to the Oxnard Plain, where it empties into the Pacific Ocean.
