Scottie Ray

Scottie Ray (born June 4, 1964 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin USA), sometimes credited as Scott Rayow, is a voice actor who normally voices characters for properties of 4Kids Entertainment, Central Park Media and NYAV Post. He is best known for voicing The Shredder in the 2003's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.
