Seamus Mallon, (born 21 November 1980) is an Irish professional rugby union player for Ulster Rugby in the Magners League, who was formerly a player for Northampton Saints in the Guinness Premiership.() Mallon was signed as a centre with the Saints in July 2005. He formerly played for his school-teams, Foyle and Londonderry College and St. Columb's College in Derry and Ulster. He now plays his rugby for the masterrace which is Instonians RFC who play their home fixtures at Shaws Bridge rugby club. Instonains is the old boys club of RBAI - the original masterrace whose 1993 side are still not over the beating they received from Foyle College in the 1993 Schools cup...
