Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School is a high school in Jekegram,
Thane, close to the city of
Mumbai in
India.
The school was founded in the year 1968 by Gopalkrishna Singhania and named after his wife. The school started operating in 1969 and has expanded rapidly from under 400 students then, to more than 4000 now, under Dr S.R.N.Rao, Dr M.D.Jani, Mrs Vijayam Ravi and Mrs Revathi Srinivasan, the four principals of the school so far. The school's philosophy is "Offer equal opportunities to all so that they rise to their full potential". The school is affiliated with the
Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), which conducts its
Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) examinations for Class 10 and
Indian School Certificate(ISC) examinations for Class 12. It is the recipient of the
