St Stephen's School, is a P-12, co-educationalindependent, day school located on two campuses – one in Duncraig and the other in Carramar, two suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. The Carramar campus in Tapping opened in 2001 because of the strong demand for places at the Duncraig campus. The school teaches students from pre-primary to Year 12 within the Australian education system. Current enrolment is over 2,000 students, a number that has been expanding each year.In 2008 the school celebrated the 25th anniversary of the opening of the Duncraig Campus.
History
1982 – Foundation of the Duncraig campus
1993 – Opening of the primary school at Duncraig
2000 – Completion of the performing arts center and new administration complex
2001 – The school opened a second campus in Carramar.
2007 – Construction Begins on new Technology and Enterprise Building at Duncraig
2008 – 25th Anniversary of Duncraig Campus
2008 - Opening of new Carramar gym, named the Sports & Learning Centre
2009 – Opening of new Technology and Enterprise Building at Duncraig, named the Lorraine Paul Center and the renaming of the Design and Technology building to the Glenda Parkin Learning Center.
2010 - The 10th anniversary of the Carramar Campus
2012 - Planned opening of the new Carramar Performing Arts Centre (TBA)
2012 - Planned extension to the Primary School oval (TBA)
