Stepping out of History: to my mind this encapsulates beautifully the concept of mastering ways to move away from a previous where we weren't empowered, we could not put our boundaries down, we experienced abuse, we could not make sensible and wholesome choices. A previous where all our relationships had been either blighted or somehow not adequate; where we couldn't take care of ourselves financially, or prosper in ways we longed to. A past where our prospective was not becoming realized.
