Stuart William Copeland (born 19 January 1968 in Taroom, Queensland) is an Australian politician. He was a National/Liberal National from 2001 to 2009, representing the district of Cunningham.

The redistribution that took place ahead of the 2009 state election combined Copeland's district of Cunningham with the district of Darling Downs, the latter belonging to fellow Liberal National MP Ray Hopper. Hopper won party endorsement to stand as the candidate for the new seat of Condamine, leaving Copeland without a seat. At the beginning of the election campaign, Copeland announced his intention to stand as an independent for the seat of Condamine. He ultimately lost the contest to Hopper.

Copeland is married and has two children.
