Tamara Yerofeyeva (, ; born 4 March 1982 in Kiev) was a Rhythmic Gymnast. She was born in Kiev, in the Ukrainian SSR of the Soviet Union - in present day Ukraine.
She won the 2001 world championships because of the disqualifications of Alina Kabaeva and Irina Tchachina. , Ukrayina Moloda
In 2001, when Tamara was 19, she became a leader of Ukrainian National Team. Tamara was 4 times World Champion,7 times silver medalist of European Championships and placed 6th in the all-around at the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
In 2004 after finishing her Rhythmic Gymnastic career Tamara was employed by world famous Cirque Du Soleil and was working in the show together with Yulia Raskina from 2005 to 2007. Married to Stoyan Metchkarov.
