Terence Zuber is a retired US Army Major. He received a doctor's degree at the University of Würzburg, Franconia, FR of Germany in 2001. He is an Americanhistorian, best known for advancing the controversial thesis that the Schlieffen Plan as generally understood was a post-World War I fabrication.
