The airline was established in 1992 from the Aeroflot Tomsk division and merged with Kolpashevo Air Enterprise in 1999. Formerly called Tomsk Production Aviation Amalgamation and Tomsk State Aviation Enterprise. It is an associate company of S7 Airlines.
