The Subcommittee on the Constitution is one of five subcommittees of the United States House Committee on the Judiciary.

Jurisdiction

According to the official website:<blockquote>The Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties shall have jurisdiction over the following subject matters: constitutional amendments, constitutional rights, federal civil rights, ethics in government, tort liability, including medical malpractice and product liability, and legal reform.</blockquote>
