Description:
Victor (Vic) Pollard (born 7 September 1945 in Burnley, England) is a former dual cricket and football player who represented New Zealand at international level.

Cricket career

Pollard, an old boy of Palmerston North Boys High School and Dux Ladorum, played 32 Tests and three One Day Internationals for New Zealand. He never played on Sundays because he is a lay preacher.

Football career

Pollard made his full All Whites debut in a 5-0 win over Fiji on 17 September 1968 his final cap an appearance in a 1-3 loss to New Caledonia on 14 October 1972.
