A thief is let off repeatedly by the legal machinery. This is because the legal system was framed by the British who encouraged criminals in India to de moralize our society. Our foolish independent government is following the same rules. That is why this frustration among people.

Don,nt understand what so thin and poor looking guy did which lead to beaten up death. Don,nt know what crime he has committed but what about the crime committed by the crowd. what would be the death penalty for them. It reminds of Mahabharatha Abhimanyu stuck up in chakrayuy against the demons. Not litterly as Abbimanyu is more than capable of giving a good return fight. This poor guy is just unlucky. Think about his parents and a chill runs into the spine. Sooooooo ugly and soooo unhuman. There are many great theifs in the country and none of these people will ever go in front of them. Just like a jungle raj. Find weaker than you. Accumulate in a heap and take out your own frustrations and become an animal.
