Vishnu Manchu (born November 23, 1981), the elder son of
Mohan Babu & nirmala Devi, is an
actor,
producer and
CEO of MBC (Mohan Babu Corporation). His film,
Dhee, was one of the most successful
Telugu films in 2007. Vishnu is married to Viranica Reddy, the niece of Dr.
Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, the late Chief Minister of
Andhra Pradesh. The actor sponsors the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) team, Telugu Warriors.

Vishnu was born in
Chennai,
Tamil Nadu, India. His mother is Nirmala Devi Manchu and his father is eminent actor, politician, and educator,
Mohan Babu. Vishnu’s first role as actor came at the age of four when he appeared in “Ragile Gundelu” in 1985. The actor says he knew from the start that performing on the silver screen would always be his first love. Vishnu’s elder sister,
Lakshmi Manchu, has acted in the TV series
Desperate Housewives. His younger brother,
Manoj Manchu, is also an actor in both the Telugu and Tamil cinema (
Kollywood). After graduating from
Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College with his B.Tech in Computer Science and Information Technology, Vishnu flew to
Los Angeles,
California, where he took several courses in film acting and direction.
