Invented by Rich Stachowski, Jr. in 1995 (at age 10), Water Talkies are a device which makes talking underwater possible.
The Water Talkie is a colorful, cone-shaped device that amplifies voices underwater for up to 15 feet. What started as one product turned into a company producing water toys "made by a kid for kids" - a line of eight pool toys.
Inventor, Rich Stachowski, won the 1999 Entrepreneur of the Year Award (the youngest ever) for this invention.
