Wylye is a village and civil parish on the River Wylye in Wiltshire, England. The village is about northwest of Salisbury and a similar distance southeast of Warminster. The 2001 census recorded a parish population of 419.
The A303 road crosses the River Wylye just north of the village.
The civil parish of Wylye has included the small village of Fisherton Delamere since 1934.
