Yoram Gross Films was established in Israel in 1962 by Yoram and Sandra Gross. After moving to Australia, they established Yoram Gross Film Studios in 1968. In 1996, Yoram sold half the company to the Australian based entertainment company Village Roadshow. As a result, the company became Yoram Gross-Village Roadshow. In 1999, Village Roadshow's half was bought out by Germany-based EM.TV, becoming Yoram Gross-EM.TV. In 2006, Yoram Gross sold the other half of his company to EM.TV. Today, the original Yoram Gross Films is now known as Flying Bark Productions. This company continues to produce family-oriented entertainment, and Yoram Gross still runs it. The Yoram Gross logo features Blinky Bill carrying his sack on it.
Yoram Gross' autobiography was released in April 2011.
